While being at university I had to have a year out on work experience. I spent nearly 2 years on a help desk supporting over 500 PCs.

Most PCs I supported where using Windows XP but I have also had quite a lot of experience with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Server 2003 and Server 2008 as I have them at home and on family and friends computers. I have had some experience with Ubuntu also. 

I typically charge £10 per hour but all diagnosis are free of charge. I am willing to travel to the customers place of home/work although I may have to charge petrol money if it is further than Belfast & Lisburn areas. If you are looking to ask any questions then just ask.

I can provide support for:

  • I can setup a home network/internet connection for you or fix any problems you may have.
• Your computer/laptop
  • I can fix anything from hardware problems to software problems.
• Upgrade parts for your computer/laptop
  • If you want more harddrive space or if you want more RAM to quicken up your PC or laptop thats no problem.
• Your iPhone/Android Phone
  • I have fixed phones in the past that have a broken screen or broken back cover.
• Home Media Centre
  • Do you want to set up your PS3 or blu-ray player as a media server? No problem.
  • I can also quote you for build a server for you to share your media all over the house.
